Great location, close to metro station. Wonderful patisserie nearby for breakfasts and buffets. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Mauro went above and beyond to assist us. Convenient access to Vatican and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

The location of this hotel was highly convenient with easy access to public transportation, as well as a nice selection of restaurants and cafes in the area. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with useful amenities provided. the service from the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable, which was great for a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, just a short walk away from the metro station and close to some popular tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants.
The breakfast provided was disappointing, with only a small coffee and pastry offered at a nearby cafe. the room temperature was difficult to regulate and during the night it became uncomfortably hot, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel was a great choice for spending Christmas vacation with my family. The staff was friendly with an excellent customer service attitude, always looking for our comfort since our arrival. The hotel location was really convenient as we were just a short walk from a well-connected subway station and with many restaurants and stores nearby for shopping or eating out. the room was cozy and neat, with comfortable beds and full amenities to make us feel at home.
Although our experience was pleasant, we missed having some entertainment options in our room for having some downtime during the holiday break. Nonetheless, it was a minor inconvenience, as we were more focused on making the most of our stay in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent recommendations for breakfast and sightseeing. The location was ideal for my trip to this city, with easy access to transportation and a perfect base for exploring. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities exceeded my expectations.
